What Happens After You Submit
When you submit a shaping request, our team reviews your requirements against our service capabilities and shaping capacity. Within one business day, you will receive an initial response confirming receipt and outlining the next steps.
For well-defined requirements, we schedule a consultation call to discuss scope, technical approach, and timeline. Following the consultation, we provide a formal proposal with fixed pricing or time-and-materials estimates, milestone schedule, and recommended shaping approach.
Initial consultations are provided at no charge. There is no obligation to proceed after receiving a proposal. We believe in transparent scoping — if your requirements fall outside our shaping capabilities, we will tell you directly and recommend alternatives where possible.
Preparing Your Shaping Request
The more context you provide in your initial message, the more accurately we can assess scope and recommend an approach. Useful information includes a brief description of your business and industry, the problem you are trying to solve, any existing systems or technology in place, your target timeline, and whether you have a defined budget range. You do not need a formal specification document — we help shape raw requirements into structured scope during the consultation phase.

Visiting Our Cobham Studio
DELTAOS LIMITED is based at 15 Water Lane in Cobham, Surrey — approximately 30 minutes south-west of central London with convenient access from the A3 and M25. In-person consultations are available by appointment during business hours. For clients outside the Surrey area, we conduct consultations via video conference and maintain project communication through structured reporting and scheduled review sessions throughout each engagement.
Whether you connect with us by form, email, or phone, every enquiry receives the same structured intake process. Our shaping desk reviews all incoming requests and routes them to the appropriate technical lead based on your stated requirements and industry context.
